Troubleshooting

Auto-Cue, recording your lines, and self-tape all need microphone access to work. Self-tape also needs your camera. If you're prompted and say no by accident, or these features aren't working, open your device's Settings app, find LineCue, and turn on Microphone and Camera access. LineCue will also show a direct link to your settings if it detects access is off.

Uploads aren't always perfect, especially with unusual formatting or scanned pages. Tap and hold any line in the script to fix the text, reassign who speaks it, reorder it, or delete it. See Editing lines under Managing Your Scripts.

Try a more forgiving sensitivity, Relaxed or Loose, especially if you're still learning the scene and not yet saying every word exactly as written. A quiet room and speaking clearly toward your device both help too.

Tap Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen first. This fixes most cases where a purchase didn't register. If that doesn't help, reach out through Contact Support.
