Managing Your Scripts

Your script list

Your scripts live on the home screen, arranged as cards showing the script name, when you created it, and who's in it. Use the search bar to find a script by name, or the Favourites tab to jump to the ones you star.

Tap and hold a card to Favourite or Delete it.

Inside a script

Open a script to see how many scenes, characters, and lines it has, plus quick actions:

• Practice: start a rehearsal, either Rehearse (you perform your lines) or Listen (the whole script is read to you)
• Self Tape: record yourself performing the scene
• Takes: see any self-tapes you've already recorded for this script

Tap the settings icon to rename the script, change which character is yours, assign voices, show or hide stage directions, turn on looped playback, edit the script's lines, or delete the script entirely.

Editing lines

Tap and hold any line to open its menu. From there you can:

• Change the text
• Reorder it, or add a new line above or below
• Swap which character speaks it
• Mark it as a stage direction
• Delete it

You can select multiple lines at once to delete them together. If a script was uploaded and a line or two came through slightly wrong, this is where to fix it. Tap and hold, then edit.

How many scripts can I have?

Every plan comes with an allowance of scripts:

• Free: 2 scripts, yours to keep
• Standard: 10 scripts per month
• Pro: 20 scripts per month

Deleting a script frees up space in your list, but it doesn't give you back your allowance. Each script you create counts once, even if you later delete it. See Plans & Subscriptions for details on upgrading.
